Dear Customer,

Thank you for shopping at MysticalRoseFavours.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then I am so sorry that you are dissatisfied with your gift[s] as we wish 
to provide you with the premium quality products for you to enjoy. Before we start please note that our all of our products are printed and delivered to you by our Production Partners.

I, Catherine, am the owner and artist behind MysticalRoseFavours but I do not personally create, nor deliver your items directly to you as they are handled by the professionals respectively. All of my artwork is designed by myself and I own full copyright to my artwork and photography.

Article 1 -  Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:


● The Goods were purchased in the last 21 days
● The Goods are in the original packaging with your return label and with the correct warehouse address
● Contact us to explain your reason of return
● Have photographic proof of damaged item[s], as we reserve the right to refuse your return otherwise


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Article 2 - Returning and Exchanging items

 

If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your order then please contact us. You can request for a return or exchange of your order within 21 days of receiving the shipment. 

You are responsible for return postage costs and I implore you to read the return address carefully since the Warehouse address may be different depending on what you ordered from us since our production partner's use multiple warehouses to manufacture the items.

Alternatively, you can ask me to check the address with my production partner to confirm the return address if you wish. Please do not attempt to return your item directly to me as I cannot ensure that your item will be delivered to the correct warehouse in time and you will not receive a refund. If you try to return the item[s] back to our production partner's warehouse and it is discovered that the item is not damaged while claiming the item is damaged then you will be charged a penalty which is the cost of the original item and you could be banned from shopping with us again in the future.

I cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Article 3 - Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days from the date on which you received the item[s]. 

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of clear statement.

We will refund you within 7 to 21 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
